Terms of use

These terms of use are the agreement between you and the administrator of the ladyboy.net service for using LadyBoy.net. By creating an account you accept them, together with our privacy policy, refund policy and content policy. Last updated October 19, 2026.

1. Adults only

LadyBoy.net is only for people aged 18 or older, or older still where the law of your country sets a higher age of majority or a higher age for viewing adult content. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using the site is legal where you are. Creators and anyone who appears in their content must prove their age with an ID check. We close any account that belongs to a minor.

2. Your account

• You give a working email address, confirm it with the code we send, and keep access to that email account secure, because sign-in codes go there. There is no password.
• One person, one account. Accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
• The information on your profile must be true. Impersonating another person is not allowed.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, unless it is used without your permission and you tell us promptly.
• Venue accounts are opened by someone authorised to act for the venue.

3. Plans and billing

Subscription. Every account uses a paid plan. Member, Plus, VIP, Creator and Venue plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions to individual creators and Supporter subscriptions are separate recurring payments on top of your plan.

Renewal. Your plan and each creator subscription renew automatically at the end of every period until you cancel. The checkout, your confirmation email and your account all show the price, the period and the renewal date.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

Refunds. Payments are final, except in the cases listed in our refund policy.

Discreet billing. Payments are handled by a payment processor that works with adult services. Charges appear on your statement under a discreet descriptor without explicit words.

Price changes. We may change plan prices for future periods. We tell you by email before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

Limits. Monthly allowances, such as message threads and premium unlocks, count what you use in each billing period. Deleting something does not give an allowance back. Allowances reset at the start of each new period and do not carry over.

4. Creator terms

Verification. A creator must pass age and identity verification before publishing, and keep her details up to date.

Pricing and earnings. A creator sets her own monthly fan subscription between $4.99 and $49.99 and may receive Supporter payments of $5 a month. She keeps 80 percent of every fan subscription and Supporter payment. The remaining 20 percent covers payment processing, verification, moderation and running the platform.

Payouts. Earnings are paid monthly to the payout method the creator provides, once her verification and payout details are complete. Earnings may be held where a payment is disputed, reversed or connected to a breach of these terms.

Collaborators and consent. Every person who appears in a creator's content must be added as a verified collaborator and must sign consent for that content before it is published.

Records. Creators are the producers of their content and must keep their own age and consent records as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and other laws that apply to them. See our 2257 statement.

Shops. Creator shops sell only legal items as monthly packages. Shops never include meetings or services in person.

Taxes. Creators are responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes on their earnings.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use LadyBoy.net for:

• escort services, paid meetings, payment for company or sexual services for money, online or in person,
• trafficking, exploitation or arranging anything on behalf of another person,
• any content involving minors or people who appear underage,
• anything else banned by the content policy,
• scams, requests for money, fraud, spam or fake profiles,
• harassment, threats, hate or slurs,
• copying, downloading, recording or redistributing creator content,
• automated access such as scraping, bots or bulk messaging,
• trying to get around plan limits, security or verification.

6. Content and licence

You keep ownership of the content you publish. You give LadyBoy.net a worldwide, non exclusive licence to host, store, display, watermark and deliver it to the people you choose, for as long as it remains on the platform and for the backups and records the law requires. Subscribers receive a personal licence to view creator content within their account only. They may not download, share or resell it.

7. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other members at risk or exposes the platform to legal harm. Serious breaches, such as those involving minors, trafficking, non consent or escort offers, lead to immediate closure without notice. A chargeback raised without contacting us first is a breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

LadyBoy.net is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running, accurate and safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or without errors. We verify creators and screen content, but we cannot guarantee how any member behaves. Take care when you meet anyone from the internet, meet in public places and never send money to people you have not met. Content in the guides and blog is general information, not legal, medical or travel advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law that applies to you as a consumer where you live, to the extent your local consumer protection rules require it. Disputes are handled under that applicable law and before the courts that have jurisdiction under it. Before starting any formal claim, please write to [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell members by email about significant changes before they apply. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
