This 2257 compliance statement covers LadyBoy.net. All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on the platform were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created, and records are kept as described below.

1. Statement of age

Every person who appears in visual content published on LadyBoy.net was at least 18 years old when that content was produced. This applies to creators and to every collaborator who appears alongside a creator. No content is published until each person shown has passed an age and identity check.

2. Scope of this statement

LadyBoy.net is a platform on which verified creators publish their own photos and videos to subscribers. Explicit content exists only inside creator feeds, behind login and a paid subscription. The public pages of the site, including this page, profiles as seen by visitors, the forum, the city guide and the blog, contain no sexually explicit material.

The records described here relate to visual content produced by creators and uploaded to the platform.

3. Records we keep

For each creator and each collaborator who appears in creator content, the platform keeps records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including:

• the person's legal name and date of birth, taken from a government issued photo ID,
• a copy of that ID, checked at the time of verification,
• any other names the person has used, including stage names and profile names on LadyBoy.net,
• a signed consent record for the content in which the person appears,
• the date of verification and the date the content was uploaded,
• a link between each published item and the verification records of everyone shown in it.

Records are kept in a secure system with access limited to the people responsible for compliance. They are retained for the periods required by 28 C.F.R. 75.4 and are organised so that the records for any depiction can be located.

4. Custodian of records

The custodian of records is the administrator of the ladyboy.net service. Requests regarding records under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 can be sent to [email protected]. Please identify the specific content or profile your request relates to. We respond to lawful inspection requests within the time required by the regulations.

5. Creators as producers

Creators who make content and upload it to LadyBoy.net are its producers. As producers, they are responsible for meeting their own record keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and any similar laws that apply where they live and work. Our creator terms require each creator to:

• verify her own age and identity before publishing,
• add every collaborator to the platform so that the collaborator passes the same age and identity check,
• obtain and keep a signed consent from every collaborator for each piece of content,
• keep her own copies of the IDs and consent records for content she produces,
• never upload content showing a person who has not been verified on the platform.

Content that shows anyone without a matching verified collaborator record is rejected. Our content policy and terms set out these obligations in full.

6. Exempt content

Some content on LadyBoy.net does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct, for example forum posts, city guides, event listings, blog articles, venue photos and non explicit profile images. Such content is exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Even so, every person shown in creator content passes our age and identity check, whether or not the content is explicit.

7. Third party content

LadyBoy.net does not purchase or license explicit content from outside studios. Content on creator feeds is produced by the verified creators themselves. Where a creator holds rights to content produced elsewhere, it may only be uploaded if everyone shown in it is verified on the platform and has signed consent.

8. Reporting concerns

If you believe that any content on LadyBoy.net shows a person under 18, or a person who did not consent, report it at once with the report button or by email to [email protected]. Such reports are reviewed before all others, the content is removed while it is examined, and matters involving minors are reported to the relevant authorities. Our report page explains the process.
