Content policy for creators and members
This content policy sets out what can be published on LadyBoy.net and what is banned. It applies to every creator post, shop item, profile, forum reply, dating message and venue listing. Anything that breaks it is removed, and serious breaches close the account.
1. Who this policy applies to
The policy applies to everyone with an account: fans, members, trans women, creators and venues. It also applies to content a creator publishes on behalf of a collaborator. It sits alongside our terms, which are the agreement you accept when you join.
2. Where explicit content is allowed
Explicit content is allowed only inside a verified creator's feed, shown to logged in subscribers who pay for that creator. It is never allowed on public pages, public profile photos, the forum, dating profiles, venue listings, event entries or in messages to people who have not subscribed. Public profile images must be non explicit.
3. Requirements for every piece of creator content
- The creator has passed age and identity verification.
- Every person who appears in the content is a verified collaborator on the platform and has signed consent for that content.
- Every person shown was 18 or older when it was created.
- The creator owns the content or holds the rights to publish it.
- The content complies with this policy and with the law where it is produced.
4. Prohibited content
The following is banned everywhere on LadyBoy.net, in any form, including text, images, video, audio, captions, tags, usernames and shop descriptions:
- Minors or anyone who appears underage. Any depiction, reference or suggestion involving a person under 18, or an adult presented as a child or as underage.
- Age play and youth themes. Roleplay or styling that suggests a person is underage, school settings, school uniforms and similar props.
- Non consent. Content showing or suggesting sexual activity without consent, including sleeping or unconscious people, coercion and blackmail.
- Violence and bodily harm. Real or simulated violence, blood, weapons used against a person, or content that causes or depicts serious injury.
- Incest themes. Any roleplay, title or description that suggests sexual activity between family members.
- Intoxication. Sexual content involving people who are drunk, drugged or otherwise unable to consent.
- Animals. Any sexual content involving animals.
- Hidden camera and voyeurism. Content recorded without the knowledge and consent of everyone shown.
- Revenge content. Intimate images shared to hurt, shame or threaten someone, or shared without the consent of the person shown.
- Real people without consent. Content showing or naming real people who have not agreed, including edited or synthetic images of real people.
- Hate and slurs. Content that attacks people for their gender identity, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability or sexuality. Slurs used against trans women are filtered and removed.
- Escort and paid meetings. Offers or requests to meet in person for payment, "company" for money, travel arrangements paid for in exchange for intimacy, or anything that works as an advertisement for sexual services.
- Sexual services for money, live or in person. Paid live sexual performances arranged through messages, or in person services of any kind.
- Trafficking and exploitation. Any sign that a person is controlled, managed or sold by someone else.
- Illegal goods and services. Drugs, weapons, prescription medicines, counterfeit documents, stolen content and anything else that is illegal where it is offered or delivered.
- Scams and fraud. Requests for money for travel, visas, emergencies or deposits, fake profiles and impersonation.
5. Ambiguous content is rejected
Uploads are screened automatically and flagged items go to a human reviewer. If a reviewer cannot be confident that content meets this policy, it is rejected. A creator can ask for a second review by replying to the decision, but the content stays offline while that happens.
6. What creator shops may sell
Creator shops sell legal items as monthly packages. Allowed packages include:
- a custom photo set request each month, made within this policy,
- a personal voice message each month,
- a monthly merch box of the creator's own branded goods,
- an online make up and style session each month,
- monthly Thai language lessons online.
Shops never include meetings, dates, travel together, phone numbers for arranging meetings or any service delivered in person. Every shop page states this rule.
7. Forum and dating
The forum is for conversation, advice and community in English and Thai. Explicit images are not allowed there. Dating is between adults, for relationships, friendship or travel company without payment. Dating messages must not contain explicit images sent without the other person's agreement, offers of payment or requests for payment.
8. Enforcement
Depending on how serious a breach is, we may remove the content, limit features, suspend the account or close it permanently. Content involving minors, trafficking, non consent or escort offers leads to immediate closure, and where the law requires it, a report to the authorities. Earnings connected to banned content can be withheld. We do not owe a refund of membership fees when an account is closed for a breach.
