Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains what personal data LadyBoy.net collects, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. The data controller is the administrator of the ladyboy.net service, reachable at [email protected].
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data processed through LadyBoy.net is the administrator of the ladyboy.net service. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected]. We answer in English and Thai.
2. Data we collect
Account data. Your email address, the role you choose, your language, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the code used to confirm your email.
Profile data. What you choose to add to your profile, such as display name, bio, city, languages, interests, photos and what you are looking for on dating. Some of this may reveal information about your gender identity or sexual life. You decide whether to add it, and you can edit or remove it at any time.
Verification data. For creators, collaborators and members who choose to verify, an identity verification provider processes a photo of your government ID and a live photo or video of your face to confirm your identity and age. We receive the result of the check, your legal name, date of birth and the ID details we must keep for creator content under 18 U.S.C. 2257. Biometric templates used for face matching are processed by the verification provider only for the check and are not kept by us.
Payment data. Payments are handled by a payment processor that works with adult services. We receive your plan, the amounts, the dates, the country of your card and the last digits of the card, never the full card number. Creators also give us the payout details needed to send their earnings.
Content. Posts, photos, videos, messages, forum replies, shop packages, venue listings and reports you create on the site, plus the consent records of collaborators.
Usage and technical data. Sign in times, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed within your account, actions such as likes, subscriptions and unlocks, and security logs. We also record where a signup came from, such as the page or campaign link.

Where the law of your country uses different legal grounds, we rely on the equivalent ground there. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising by others.
4. Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers who need it to run LadyBoy.net, under contracts that require them to protect it. We describe them by category.
- A hosting provider that stores the site and its data.
- A payment processor for adult services that handles card payments and payouts.
- An email delivery provider that sends codes, receipts and service messages.
- An identity verification provider that checks IDs and ages.
- A content screening provider that checks uploads for prohibited material.
We also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it, in particular in cases involving minors, trafficking or other serious crime. Other members see only what you place on your profile or send to them.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area and Thailand. When we transfer data from a country that restricts such transfers, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards recognised by the applicable law.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and profile data, as long as your account is open, and up to 90 days after closure to deal with disputes and abuse.
- Verification and 2257 records, for the period required by 28 C.F.R. 75.4, which continues after an account is closed.
- Payment and payout records, for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Content, until you delete it or your account is closed. Copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
- Reports and moderation records, as long as needed to protect members and meet legal obligations.
- Security logs, for a limited period, usually no more than 12 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Some data cannot be deleted while we must keep it by law, such as 2257 records and payment records.
To use your rights, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Cookies
LadyBoy.net uses only cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as the session and security cookies. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. Details are in our cookie policy.
9. Adults only
LadyBoy.net is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete its data except where we must keep records by law.
10. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, single use sign-in codes that expire after a few minutes, limited staff access and logging of access to verification records. There is no password to steal: you sign in with a code sent to your inbox, so keep your email account secure. No system is perfectly secure. Our safety page has more about protecting your account.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. This version was last updated on October 19, 2026, and we tell members by email about changes that affect them significantly. Our terms and refund policy form part of the same agreement.
